Refund policy

We will only be offering refunds for people who are unable to attend the festival because they or someone in their household are self-isolating.

If you or someone in your household tests positive for COVID-19 or are told to isolate by the NHS Test and Trace programme, then you must not attend the festival. If you have to self-isolate over the period of the Festival, you will need to apply on our website for a full refund and we will refund you the face value of your ticket.

To get a refund, you’ll need to email info@theticketsellers.co.uk with your order number.

However, we will not be refunding tickets after the day that they are valid for has passed. For example, if you have a Saturday ticket and need a refund, then you must apply for that refund prior to the Saturday or on the Saturday itself.

We shall also refund tickets, with the face value of the relevant ticket, in the following circumstances.

  1. If the event is cancelled before the event has started.
  2. If the ticket is for an event which is postponed before the event has started and the event is rescheduled to another date.

More details around our refund and cancellation policy can be found on our Terms and conditions page.
