These Terms and Conditions apply to the limited-time promotional offer of 25% off tickets for Godiva Festival 2025.
1. Promotion Overview
Customers will receive 25% off the standard retail price of eligible Godiva Festival 2025 tickets when purchased during the promotional period, as outlined below.
2. Eligible Tickets
The 25% discount applies to the following ticket categories:
- Standard Adult Tickets
- Standard Child Tickets
- Standard Family Tickets
- Standard Weekend Passes
- Premium Tickets
- Other ticket types as designated by the organiser (excluding those listed in Section 3)
3. Excluded Tickets
The following ticket types are not eligible for this offer:
- Go CV+ Tickets: These are already discounted and cannot be combined with this promotional offer.
- Car Parking Passes: Parking passes are excluded from the 25% discount.
Additional exclusions may apply at the discretion of the event organisers.
4. Offer Period
- The offer begins immediately and is valid until 11:59pm on Sunday, 22 June 2025.
- Purchases must be completed by this deadline to qualify for the discount.
- Transactions completed after the closing time will not be eligible, regardless of when they were initiated.
5. How to Redeem
- The 25% discount will be applied automatically at checkout when a valid promo code is entered on the ticketing platform.
- The discount will only be visible once eligible tickets have been added to the basket.
6. Limitations
- The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.
- Only new purchases are eligible. The discount cannot be retroactively applied to tickets purchased before the promotion start date.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotional offer.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by consumer law or under the festival’s standard refund policy (e.g. event cancellation).
- Exchanges between ticket types may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion, but the discounted rate may not carry over.
8. Basket Limit
- A maximum of six tickets may be purchased per transaction using the promotional code. The discount will not apply to tickets beyond this limit.
9. General Terms
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Godiva Festival's general terms of entry.
- The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of any transaction and to refuse the discount in the case of suspected misuse or abuse.
