Access to the site
Entering the festival
Admission to the event site will only be authorised upon representation of a valid ticket and proof of photographic identity may be required at time of entry. One ticket will be required for each person, regardless of age. Tickets can be purchased via our website.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Proof of identity will be requested. A maximum number of 4 persons under the age of 16 will be allowed entry with each adult (18+).
Each ticket holder will be subject to search upon entry by licensed security personnel. Metal detecting wands are in use as part of the search regime at the entry point.
Last entry to the festival will be permitted until:
- Friday 30 June - 9pm
- Saturday 1 July - 9pm
- Sunday 2 July - 6pm
Re-entry
There will be no re-entry to the event on Friday 30 June but re-entry will be permitted on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July.
You must ensure your wristband remains intact to ensure re-entry is granted. If your wristband is damaged or removed you will not be permitted to re-enter the event.
Filming
By attending this event, you give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.
Coventry City Council and its representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to the site, and access will be restricted by our conditions of entry. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in you being turned away from the Festival site. Conditions of entry are subject to change.
