Disabled facilities

Disabled visitors arriving with a personal assistant for their assistance are able to apply for a free ticket for their personal assistant.

Tickets need to be booked in advance and both the disabled visitor and their personal assistant need to enter the event together.  In order to book a personal assistant ticket they'll need to buy a normal adult ticket. Then they'll have to email TicketSellers at info@theticketsellers.co.uk to ask to have the carers ticket added to their ticket.

Viewing platform

There is a a disabled access viewing platform in front of the Main Stage. Security will manage the viewing platform and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Blue Badge parking

A section of the car park will be available for Blue Badge-holders to park in. Blue badge-holders do not need to pay for parking, but should pre-book to guarantee availability. You must show evidence of a blue-badge to stewarding staff on arrival at the park. You’ll need to contact TicketSellers  to pre-book your Blue Badge parking ticket. You’ll be able to do this on our website as of Tuesday 27 July.

High Dependency Unit (HDU)

We have a HDU on site which can be accessed upon request. Please ask a steward.

There are accessible toilets near the parking area.
