Our onsite Covid safety measures

Whilst we recognise that there is now no limit to large events and no legal bases of previous mitigation measures, we are also mindful of public anxiety and our obligation to prevent transmission of the virus. Therefore, we will be installing several measures on site to help us do that.

We also ask all visitors to be mindful not just of themselves but also of others and to attend with care for all in mind.  Our conditions of entry are compulsory and are constantly under review. Customers will be notified if they change.

Customers will be asked to check in with NHS Test and Trace upon arrival.

We will encourage through announcements and signage for visitors to socially distance in common areas.

Hand sanitisers will be positioned across the site for visitors to use.

Toilets and other common touch points will be subject to regular cleaning and maintenance

There will be no closed marquees/tents on site to ensure that there is fresh air into and out the tent/marquee in order to aid air flow.

People will be advised to wear face coverings when using the toilets, queuing for food or drink and when accessing the site.

We will have a reduced capacity onsite which will allow more space for people to only remain in the household bubbles if they wish.

A full refund is available to anyone testing positive and isolating over the period of the festival.
