Sandra Godley OBE and the Gospel Collective
Sandra rose to national and international fame in 2014 with her MOBO nomination for ‘Best Gospel Act‘.
With four albums under her belt and a string of awards (sevenof those received within the last 11 months), Sandra’s passion for music and the creative arts is a force to be reckoned with.
She kicked off 2024 with a prestigious ‘British Citizen Award’ for her contribution to music and creative arts. Added to that, she received an OBE for her music and charity work.
Sandra said: “You never know how far your music will go and who it will reach. It was an honour to receive the OBE from Princess Anne on behalf of King Charles. She’s certainly spurred me on to do more. It was one of the best moments of my life’”
Sandra’s Gospel Collective will bring some feel good vibes to the stage along with her powerhouse vocals and effortless blend of genres including gospel, soul, RnB and pop. Fans are excited to hear the first performance of the reggae remix of ‘My Darling’ at the Godiva Festival.
